About Me

I’m an otaku known as Malzias, currently studying in Singapore Polytechnic for a Diploma in Digital Media. I’m an avid fan of the somewhat lesser known fighting game Guilty Gear by Arc System Works; in particular, the main character Sol Badguy. Right now, I’m salivating over Arcsys’ newest 2D fighter, BlazBlue.

I share a love common to most people I know; the love of animu anime, mango manga and figures. Unlike most, I actually prefer reading Manga over watching anime; manga tends to be more intricate, and, being an artist myself, I like a well drawn picture. The more detailed the better ^^ I’m currently following Air Gear, Fairy Tail, Monster Hunter Orage and Bleach.

My preference on manga and anime is usually anything that has an interesting storyline, humour and ecchi situations (optional).

I’m an avid gamer as well; I like fighting games, RPGs, RTS, FPS and MMOs. I currently own a PSP and an outdated Xbox, and generally game on my laptop. I’m saving up to get a new desktop and a PS3,which will probably only be done by the time I start NS >_>

As can be seen in the above picture I’m also into cosplay. I’m not very good, and have only done 2 costumes, but that doesn’t stop me from enjoying good cosplay. I usually attend CosFest and EoY, and the occasional small events.

I’m also part of Team Blue, a small group of friends who blog about otaku-related stuff, led by Panther. Do go and check out the blogs there for some great lulz.

About my blog

I will be posting about events I’ve been to, some anime and manga reveiws and hopefully in the future, figure reveiws. Posts about my life will also appear occasionally. I will also post news about upcoming games that I’m looking forward to. Also expect totally random posts that have nothing to do with… anything. I will also blog on Kamen Rider, which I am mostly too lazy to complete, so bear with me.
