Green Day’s latest addition to their already awesome line of hits and albums in no way loses out to anything they’ve done before. In fact, I would go as far as to say it surpasses what they’ve achieved with American Idiot(2004).

There’s a mix of both tracks with an awesome beat and guitar work (East Jesus Nowhere, Know Your Enemy), as well as slower ballads (Last Night on Earth, 21 Guns) that once again, prove Green Day’s ability to not only impress with great music, but great vocals as well. To quote something I’ve heard about them in a video, “singlehandedly keeping rock and roll alive… and there’s something wrong with their drummer.”

Definitely something you’d listen too if you’re a fan of rock music, not just a fan of Green Day.

Keep Yourself Alive is now a personal blog

I’ve been thinking about this for some time, and I finally made a decision yesterday.

This blog is going to become a personal blog where I will rant and rave about daily happenings and whatever else I might want to talk about. That’s right, its becoming a personal blog.

“Why convert KySA into a personal blog?” you ask. To be honest, I want to write stuff. Both about personal stuff, and about things I usually talk about, like games and anime and whatnot.

So, instead of creating another blog for personal stuff, KySA will be converted into a personal blog. I’m jumping over onto Netto’s blog, NotCliche, as a writer about the stuff I usually talk about here, maybe a weekly section if I can come up with anything. I also want to apologize to Panther, who has offered to let me join his blog as a writer as well. I actually have been considering NotCliche for about a month already, seeing as there’s already a small group writing for The Deathseeker.

So… yeah. Anime and gaming stuff will be covered over there. Expect this blog to be updated, what, once a week or something, and will probably about the latest person to piss me off on the train to school.

AIKA Online: Set to change the MMO world?

I was recently pointed to this site by the dudes over at the WrathOfGod forums, and I must say, this game looks pretty damn good. Check out the trailer; the graphics are almost on par with Granado Espada’s, which is widely hailed as one of the most graphically beautiful MMOs out there.

This guy actually managed to hop his way to Malaysia on one leg and elude authorities for more than a year. I never want to play a game of hide-and-seek with this guy.
