[Team Blue] The Lolita Complex

6 02 2009

Ah, a topic which will undoubtedly interest quite a few members of Team Blue. Oh, do I have alot to say.

Picture related, somewhat. Also, this is one of the only pictures of lolis I have.

Refer to the original post by Yamcha here.

First of all, let’s take a look at urbandictionary.com’s definitions of the term.

The Lolita Complex describes a sexual attraction to younger girls, usually by adult males. Females may also have it, but they are not as common.

It is named for the title character in the novel by Vladimir Nabokov. The story involved a man who became obssessed with a 12-year-old girl.

The Lolita Complex is often shortened to lolicon.

And there you have it. Couldn’t have put it better myself.

What drives a perfectly normal male into becoming sexually attracted to young, nay, pre-pubescent girls? One who is not a lolicon, such as myself, can only guess. Is it the “delicious flat chest”, as they call it? Is it the joy of picking a fruit before it is ripe?

Whatever the reason, we can all be sure it is sexual in nature. “Why do you say that?” you ask. Just take a peek at #teamblue and you’ll see why. Not surprising, though, is it to find a lolicon in a group of otakus. In fact, recall Rules 34, 35 and 36 and you’ll understand even better.

Obviously, the lolita complex is pedophilia, no matter how hard certain lolicons insist that they are only interested in 2D “lolis”, and deny that being a lolicon is actually the same as being a pedophile, and insist that being a lolicon means you are interested in 2D lolis, while being a pedophile makes you interested in real-life lolis. To my eyes, these two groups are one and the same.

Damn straight.

In case my stand is still unclear, I am against the whole concept of the lolita complex. I do not comprehend this desire for pre-pubescent girls, and neither will I ever, probably. I also find it somewhat disturbing to be fapping to a little girl, whether she be 2D or real. I don’t find a flat chest arousing. (Yes, I liek big boobs and I cannot lie.) Also, it is against the goddamned law, no matter where you are, to sexually abuse children. Yes, I consider underage sex abuse, even if that little girl wants you to screw her. I’m sure all the people in the party van agree with me.

The anime industry, on the other hand, either does not give a rat’s butt about this, or is completely compliant with the desires of over nine thousand rabid lolicons. I don’t have enough bones in my body to count the number of anime with at least one loli character, and I don’t even want to imagine the number of anime or manga that caters specifically lolicons. You might find my classification of any and every anime with lolis as fanservice for lolicons somewhat extreme, but a loli is a loli, and is therefore fanservice, intended or no.

One of at least a hundred anime catering to lolicons.

One of at least a hundred anime catering to lolicons.

I seriously doubt that lolicons/pedophiles will ever be accepted in society. In fact, although most lolicons claim that they are proud to be what they are on the internet, saying something like that in real life could earn you a seat over there. As I have already mentioned , this shit is against the law. Show me your CP and I’ll show you a prison cell. \o/

Hrm..this is a hard one but well..everyone have their own liking. Of coz,it is wrong to have sexual desire on a small girl but..hrm..i dunno i just hope they dun do it in real life. If they fap it using a anime character..i bet it is okay. At least they dun hurt anyone ^^”

Hrm..to say the truth i do also like 2 lolis so far but have no sexual desire (yeah,my reason is same as malzias). The reason i like them because they are cute and cool and i want to see how will they look like when they grow up =D

Have seen the grown up version of one of the 2 lolis i like but for the another one..i think it is imppossible ^^”

I pretty much agree with all of that. I do like some loli characters but not in a sexual way, I just think they’re cute, that itself isn’t against the law. It really sickens me when I’m searching image boards for pictures of my favorite characters and come across tons of straight up lolicon pr0n. I have a different type of “lolita” complex, I love lolita FASHION, such as gothic lolita etc, but that’s totally different and I’m not talking about underage girls I mean adults dressing up.

In the otaku circle I find it’s increasingly rare to find people that are anti-lolicon. I’m more neutral on the subject and don’t mind what the lolicons do, or rather I turn a blind eye most of the time. The Lolicon motivational picture was perfect for this article though. I’m also somewhat amused that the randomly generated “related” post is ‘When did you become a lolicon?’.

@Lunn I suppose what you do behind closed doors is your own business, and it doesn’t hurt anyone until the desires or obsession escalates to crazy levels.

@Persocom I do agree that certain loli characters are cute, and I like one or two of them for that, but never in a sexual way. Disgusting as it is to find loli pr0n on imageboards, I guess it can’t be helped.

I like gothic lolita too :x

@Yamcha I suppose most people would want to sit on the fence on this one, since it won’t affect them. I just find it disturbing, hence my views. Indeed, the rendomly generated article is lulz.
